This large finca of 8.1 hectares situated in the foothills of the Sierra de Cardo mountains, has stunning views up and down the valley.
Planted with well tended olive and almond groves, as well as areas of pine forest. The finca, which has a small stone building of around 20m2 tucked into one of the terraces, falls on either side of the cement track that leads to the top of the mountain.
The track, which forms part of the ancient friars route, leads to various hermitages and places of interest in the high mountains, including the Cardo monastery, the natural spring of Font del Teix, Rasquera’s Yew forest, which is one of the most important in Europe, covering an area of 6.3 hectares, as well as an overnight shelter for hikers.
Access to this property is good. The finca is around 10 minutes drive from the village of Rasquera and 25 minutes to the beaches of the Costa Daurada.
