This immaculately kept 1.7 hectare (17,824m2) finca in the middle of the beautiful Burga Valley can be accessed via a track from the top of the land or from another one at the bottom of the property.

Divided into three large, flat groves of olive trees, the top grove has a renovated, roofless, stone refuge at the far corner, from where there are panoramic views of the land and across to the Tivissa mountains.

Between the top olive grove, which has around 65 trees of local olive varieties, and the bottom Arbequina grove with around 90 trees, is a terrace of huge, ancient olive trees, which have been there for hundreds of years.

All the trees are beautifully cared for and pruned, and the stone refuge has been carefully restored.

While the finca is not currently connected to the agricultural water supply, the water point is on the edge of the land, so a connection is possible.
