To the back of the building a wide staircase with wooden handrail leads to the habitable 1st floor.

Tiled throughout, the first floor has a living room with French doors opening onto a balcony, a small WC/washroom to the right of the living room, and on the left. a kitchen with a scullery, plus a separate pantry. To the back of the living room, separated by a short passage is a double bedroom.

The attic has two windows to the front with views to the edge of the village, and two large rooms to the back.

The house is connected to mains electricity and water. The first floor is habitable, but the roof needs some attention.
