Used for many years as a holiday bolthole by fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts, the finca and house have loads of potential.

Located less than 15 minutes drive north of the town of Flix and the river Ebro, the 2.4 hectare (24 715m2) finca, with agricultural water connected, is easily reached from the tarmac road.
